Commerce + POS
POS — the installable register
Open /pos on any tablet or phone and install it as an app (see Getting started). The register is a viewport-locked two-pane layout built for touch: product tiles with categories and search on the left, cart on the right. Per-product POS visibility curates what appears on the tiles; a barcode scanner adds straight to cart.
Payments are cashless by design: PromptPay QR and cards via Beam (per-organization merchant account — your money settles to your bank). The QR renders on-screen; payment confirmation arrives by webhook and stocks out automatically at average cost into the same inventory ledger as everything else — POS is not a silo. Manual-payment recording exists for edge cases, and every sale can end with an e-receipt by email plus an 80mm printable receipt.
Discounts: order-level and line-level, percent or baht, with floor guards. Orders that can't complete at the counter get a payment link (email or QR) so the customer pays on their own device; pending orders live in /pos/orders with retry-payment and cancel.
Kiosk setup: /kiosk is the launcher for dedicated devices — pick the station (POS, pack, manufacture), install, done. Device setup instructions live in Commerce → Settings → Devices.
Orders and fulfilment
Commerce → Orders is the back-office view of every order regardless of channel. Confirming an order reserves stock; fulfilment goes pick → pack → ship with per-line partial shipment, and shipping generates carrier AWB/labels. Cancel at any stage releases reservations correctly. Customer profiles collect purchase history and power the insights panel (top customers, repeat rate, basket size).
Marketplaces — Shopee & Lazada
Connect each shop with its official OAuth from Commerce → Settings → Marketplaces (one click; Tonbab is the platform app — no developer account needed on your side). Orders pull in automatically, stock pushes back so channels don't oversell each other, and ship-confirmation pushes tracking to the marketplace. Every synced order lands in the same Orders screen and the same stock ledger as your POS sales.
Chat — one inbox
Commerce → Chat unifies LINE Official Account, Facebook Messenger and Instagram DM into one inbox with the customer's context beside the conversation. Chat is inbound-first by nature (platforms restrict who can start a conversation and when) — replies respect each channel's rules, and attachments are stored with the thread.
Pricing and Thai VAT
Products carry one VAT-inclusive selling price (the Thai retail convention). Sell-side VAT mode is configurable per organization, the POS breakdown shows the VAT component live, and the full Thai tax invoice (ใบกำกับภาษี) prints from any order with your company's registered details.
