A job is the anchor for a customer order or internal project. Everything that follows — purchases, production, deliveries, expenses — links back to it, so cost and status always have one home.

Anyone who needs material raises a PR. Multi-stage approval routes it to the right approvers, and edits after approval trigger re-approval — nothing slips through changed.

Collect vendor quotes side by side and award per line. Domestic mode compares plain THB; international mode ranks quotes by landed cost — FX, duty and freight included — so the cheapest unit price doesn't fool you.

Awards become vendor-grouped POs. Service lines (freight, subcontract work) live on the same PO and post their cost straight to the job at receipt — no fake SKUs.

Frequently asked
Does Tonbab include accounting?
No — deliberately. Tonbab handles the operational documents and costing, then exports clean numbers for your accountant or accounting software. Most Thai SMEs already have an accountant they trust.
How is inventory valued?
Weighted-average cost (AVCO), recalculated on every receipt. Lot-tracked items pick by FEFO — first expired, first out.
Can it really handle imports?
Yes — the Import Cost Card carries FX, Incoterms, HS codes, duty and freight, estimates landed cost at order time, and reconciles against actual charges after the shipment arrives.
Do we have to adopt everything at once?
No. Modules are enabled per organization — many teams start with purchasing and inventory, then switch on manufacturing and job costing when ready.
