We already use accounting software. Do we have to switch?

No — Tonbab runs operations (procurement, stock, production, sales). Your accountant keeps Express, PEAK or FlowAccount; we hand them clean documents.

Is Tonbab a hosted service?

Yes — served at app.tonbab.com, installable as a PWA on iOS/Android.

Does it support PromptPay?

Yes — POS and payment links take PromptPay QR and cards via Beam.

How safe is our data?

Each organization is isolated with database-level Row-Level Security; every query is tenant-scoped automatically.

Can we import existing data?

Yes — every list screen supports Excel/CSV import and export.

How much does it cost?
