Operation — the heart of Tonbab: purchase requests, RFQ price comparison, purchase orders, goods receipts, stock and serial/lot tracking, work orders with BOMs, delivery notes with proof of delivery, import costing for foreign purchases, and Job Control — the cost collector every document settles into.

People — employees and Thai-compliant leave, clock in/out and overtime, expense claims with job attribution, recruitment with a public careers page, and printable monthly reports.

Commerce + POS — the installable POS for tablets and phones (PromptPay QR and cards via Beam), order management with reserve/pick/pack/ship, Shopee and Lazada sync, and the omnichannel chat inbox (LINE OA, Facebook, Instagram).

CRM — accounts and contacts shared with your sales documents, pipelines and deals, the reorder-due worklist that tells sales who to visit, renewals, and the weighted forecast.

The API reference lives at api.tonbab.com/docs — the app and the API are the same deployment, so anything the UI can do, the API can do.
