Your product master already exists in Tonbab. Choose which products each POS store sells and at what VAT-inclusive price — no duplicate product list to maintain.

The POS installs on any tablet or phone as a web app. Cashiers ring up from a product grid, apply line discounts, and take cash, PromptPay QR or cards — QR and card payments run through Beam and confirm automatically.

Close the shift
Open and close shifts per operator with cash reconciliation, so every baht in the drawer has a story. Receipts print at 80mm or go out as e-receipts.

Take orders from everywhere
Shopee and Lazada orders pull in automatically after a one-time per-shop connection. Staff can also key orders directly and send a payment link by email or QR — the webhook confirms payment and cuts stock exactly once.

Reserve, pick, pack
Confirmed orders reserve stock so two channels can't sell the same unit. Warehouse staff work a pick/pack flow instead of screenshots in a chat group.

What payment methods does the POS take?
Cash, PromptPay QR and cards. QR and card payments run through Beam and confirm by webhook; you can also send email/QR payment links for remote orders.
Does the chat inbox cover Shopee and Lazada chat too?
Not yet — the inbox covers LINE OA, Facebook Messenger and Instagram DMs today. Shopee/Lazada buyer chat still happens in the seller apps; their orders, stock and shipping do sync with Tonbab.
Do I need special POS hardware?
No — the POS is an installable web app for any tablet or phone. For paper receipts it prints to standard 80mm receipt printers; e-receipts need no printer at all.
Can it issue a Thai tax invoice?
Yes — full-form tax invoices with branch IDs, with VAT-inclusive pricing handled correctly at the point of sale.
