People — HR for Thai SMBs
Employees
Import existing users as employees or create from scratch. Profiles carry bilingual names (Thai + English + nickname), structured compensation with salary history, bank details, statutory fields (social security, tax), and documents with expiry alerts (work permits, certificates). Salary is its own permission tier — HR and admin only, separate from general profile access; bank and ID data sit behind a second sensitive-data tier.
Leave
Leave types ship preconfigured to Thai labour law — including the 2025 update (maternity 120 days, 60 paid) — and are editable per company, with gender-gated eligibility where the law differentiates. Employees request from People → Me on their phone; approvers get the request with the team calendar context; HR sees balances, year switcher and YTD summaries, can bulk-load public holidays, and prints the monthly leave report for payroll. Cancelling an approved leave restores the balance with a full audit trail.
Time and overtime
Clock in/out from any device at People → Me → Time (each entry timestamps and geolocates). The HR console classifies exceptions automatically — late, missing out-punch, worked-on-holiday — for one-screen monthly approval. Overtime is request-based with an eligibility flag per employee, and the monthly export (PDF) is payroll-ready.
Expenses
Employees photograph receipts and file claims from their phone; each line can attribute to a Job Control, so project expenses land in project cost automatically. Cash advances are tracked against claims. Approvers clear queues in the Operations console; reimbursement status flows back to the employee.
Recruitment
Post jobs internally, then publish to your public careers page (your logo, story, benefits) with a full Thai-fields application form — no third-party job system needed. Candidates track their own status via a private link, self-schedule interviews against your calendar availability, and accepted offers flow into contract e-acceptance → onboarding checklist → convert-to-employee with the start date carried over.
Org and dashboards
An org chart renders from manager assignments (tree or by-department). The dashboard surfaces expiring documents, work anniversaries and new joiners — the things HR forgets until they're urgent.
